A big thank you to everyone last week who gave me such a kind welcome – it was a pleasure talking to you and good luck with the project. As I read through the blogs of our Transformation Teachers participants there are so many ideas and questions coming up that I thought it would be a good idea to encourage people to contribute to a central transformation blog – so here it is.  I look forward to seeing a number of you create posts from your individual reflective blogs that will be of use to the whole group and also inform others in the transformation business.
